San Antonio REALTOR(R) Al Cannistra Prepares to Serve Military Families
Through Heroes Welcome Home Educational Program.
- San Antonio, TX (1888PressRelease) April 29, 2012 - Al Cannistra owner of mySATexas.com (Keller Williams Heritage) recently participated in Heroes Welcome Home Educational Program, a seminar that prepares REALTORS® to serve military families with their housing needs.
Al is a Chicago native who moved to San Antonio in 2004. He became a REALTOR® in 2005 and has been serving the community ever since. Al has helped active and retired military buy or sell homes since the beginning of his real estate career and dedicates an entire section of his website mySATexas.com for military and their families.
The program takes a comprehensive approach to educating REALTORS® and provides them with the tools and resources they need to effectively counsel veterans, including disabled veterans, on their real estate options. San Antonio is a military city. Nearly 5,000 new military and civilian jobs will be created in San Antonio after the BRAC construction is completed with an economic impact of over $13.3 billion to the community, the San Antonio Economic Development Foundation estimates.
In support of the ever-growing community of military, Al Cannistra attended this seminar to learn how to assist returning and relocating military families achieve the dream of homeownership. The men and women of our military made great personal sacrifice for us - and they spent a lot of time training for their specialized role. It is only fair that we train and prepare to help them in return.
