Samsung has launched the Galaxy S3 mini 'Value Edition' in European country. The Smartphone appears the same as its precursor, the Galaxy S3 mini however the smartphone runs on the Android v4.2 jelly Bean and contains a quicker 1.2 rate dual-core processor.
