Sam Russell launches new neoclassical guitar website
New website provides resources for electric guitar players and complete transcriptions of baroque and classical works, arranged specifically for electric guitar.
- (1888PressRelease) April 10, 2015 - Sam Russell is launching his new website, SamRussell.co.uk. With it, he will be bringing a wealth of resources to electric guitar players, including free lessons and articles, free transcriptions and free eBooks. There are also complete transcriptions of Bach's Cello Suite, presented in the format of books that are available worldwide.
Currently, the website is being updated with new lessons and articles several times a month. The current books available are Bachs 1st, 2nd and 3rd cello suite, all transcribed and arranged specifically for the electric guitar, for the first time ever.
The website also contains the free eBook, "The Ultimate Guide to the Modes of the Major, Harmonic Minor and Melodic Minor Modes", which has over 35 pages of diagrams and guitar tablature. The eBook aims to simplify the topic of modes, and explain to guitar players how to play them and the theory behind they work.
