Saltmarshe Hall has belonged to the same family for over 900 Years, and is said to be haunted by many Ghosts, including the White Lady, the Dark Shadows and poltergeists. Amazingly the Servants Quarters lay untouched for almost 80 of those Years.
Mystical Ghost Hunts where the Guest is Royalty - Saltmarshe Hall Ghost Hunt and Paranormal Investigation
(1888PressRelease) April 30, 2014 - Saltmarshe Hall, East Yorkshire - Saltmarshe Hall was first built in 1825 by Philip Saltmarshe from money left by his aunt. The Saltmarshe Hall Ghost Hunt, in particular the Servants quarters, is unique in the fact that it lay for almost 80 Years without being touched by human hands, only the hands of time.
The Hall was extended some 14 Years after construction, as the original Hall was now large enough to house Philip, his wife and their 10 Children. At this time a new stable block was also added.
During the 1970's the hall was sold when the last Philip Saltmarshe passed away in the building, thus the family association also ended.
As one can imagine, a building of this age and history will have a story to tell, and the Ghost or two. One would be right as Saltmarshe Hall has the lot. Hence why Mystical Ghost Hunts have organised the public paranormal investigation.
For those more scientifically minded use many of the Ghost hunting Gadgets, such as EMF meter's, motion sensors, EVP Recorders, infra red cameras and more.
