Orlando-based Safemark Systems, the leading world-wide provider of guest room safes to the hospitality market, has named Jocelynn (Josh) Lane the company's new director of business development.

Last month, Safemark expanded its Asian presence with the appointment of Hostech Asia Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Chiram Strategic Group, as its authorized distributor for Hong Kong and Macau, with its sister company Equip Asia Limited assuming the distribution coverage across mainland China.
Lane, who will be instrumental in not only growing but also servicing the company's international and domestic client base, brings vast experience with security products and has received numerous sales achievement awards while advancing her career. She has earned the certified Master Hotel Supplier (MHS) designation from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute -- the highest honor for professional excellence offered to suppliers of products and services to the hospitality industry. In her new role, Lane's primary responsibilities will be to ensure that Safemark's current level of connection with its clients are further developed and solidified, while increasing the amount of commerce with these customers. Lane will also be charged with developing and nurturing new customer relationships, providing the attentive support and exemplary customer service and advisement for which the company has become known.
