Safeguard Self Storage announces the opening on Saturday, March 10th 2018, of a new facility in the Florida market on Northwest 7th Avenue in Miami Shores. This is the company’s 13th facility in Florida and its 73rd nationwide.

Safeguard Self Storage is increasing its already strong presence in the south Florida market with the Miami Shores facility. It has 948 units in 74,875 Rentable Square Feet of storage space. Located about six miles directly north of the company’s Design District facility in Miami, it is exceptionally well located for the 89,000 people who live in the two-mile trade area.
Similar to Safeguard's 72 other facilities nationwide, the Miami Shores facility is designed with a focus on convenience and customer service. Amenities at this location include air-conditioned storage units as well as drive-up access storage units, convenient drive-in loading area, computer-controlled access to the building, individual unit door alarms and digital/video recording of the property.
