The Osceola Courtyard is located at the corner of Drew Street and North Fort Harrison Ave in Clearwater. There is no cost to attend.

In addition to the film and trick-or-treating at the Humanitarian Centers – including the United for Human Rights Florida Chapter, the Way to Happiness Association of Tampa Bay and the Florida Chapter of the Foundation for a Drug-Free World - there will also be family-friendly activities such as face painting and costume contest at Osceola Courtyard.

One of the event venues is the Clearwater Community Volunteers (CCV) Center, the director of which also oversees activities in the Osceola Courtyard. The CCV Center opened in March of 2018, and actively works with 8 youth based nonprofit organizations across the Tampa Bay.

“Tampa Bay non-profits will participate in the Halloween Bash, passing out candy and information about the work they do to keep children safe.” said Clemence Chevrot, Director of the CCV Center. “Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard wrote, ‘Today’s children will become tomorrow’s civilization.… They need love and help to make it.’ and each one of these groups has as its goal the improvement of the lives of our youth toward the direction of a better future and society.”
