Sacramento County CPS is at it Again

Sacramento, CA (1888PressRelease) April 10, 2015 - Two years ago Anna & Alex Nikaloyev had their baby ripped out of their arms in Sacramento County by Child Protective Services. Four years ago Sacramento County Child Protective Services fell under investigation when Majorie Lundstrom of the Sacramento Bee uncovered an investigation that revealed mass corruption. Last year a child was brutally beaten to death after CPS failed to show concern for a step-fathers treatment of a three year old. This failure came even though step-parents and non-biological parents are statistically the biggest perpatraitors of abuse. What a lot of people don't know is that a child who is taken away from CPS has data stored about them in CPS files forever. That information can be used decades later for the kidnaped children's removal, into a foster home. Little has been known about CPS because of the secretive nature in which they operate but insiders in the industry have known for years the corruption that exists. Studies show children are better at home with their children and more oftern then not CPS is called by angry family members or jealous neighbors. Charges of abuse are held in court based on evidence that would never hold in a criminal or civil court.

Up until the past few years CPS only targeted the most vulnerable populations because it was easy and no one would contest it. Resource poor individuals would have to comply because no one understood or wanted to help. Today, we live in a world where everyone is fair game. Why? Because CPS refuses to be accountable and answers to no one. That's right no one has jurisdiction over CPS. The Department of Health and Human Services over sees their budget but they will not intervene in cases of fraud and corruption. In fact, not only will they not intervene they will do their best to help cover it up.

Whitehouse.gov has posted a new petition on their website for a call to action. The attention that needs to be brought to CPS corruption and fraud not just in Sacramento County but to all of America. The system needs serious reform. Without reform, the destruction of American families is imminent.
