Sabal Homes initiated the incentive program in an effort to promote and encourage home sales in their Charleston, SC communities. Williams sold a 1,896 square foot, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in the Reserve At Eagle Run subdivision, located in the Ladson, SC area. Williams and a guest will spend a week aboard the Allure of the Seas, Royal Caribbean's newest, most lavish cruise ship. The cruise will set sail from Ft. Lauderdale in January 2011 and travel to Falmouth, Jamaica; Cozumel, Mexico; and Royal Caribbean's world-class private island. The ship features luxurious staterooms with balconies and amenities like Central Park, a lush garden walkway, and Aqua Theater, the first at-sea amphitheater.

With the second sale, realtors receive a travel upgrade including roundtrip airfare from Charleston to Ft. Lauderdale, plus a $1,000 onboard credit.
