S-acquisition Corp Strengthens Transaction Advisory Services And Bio-pharma Diligence Practice
Craig Kirkman Joins Firm as Director of Operations for BioPharm Transaction Advisory Services.
- (1888PressRelease) January 31, 2017 - S-Acquisition Corp., the global corporate advisory, today announced that Craig Kirkman has joined the firm as a Director for BioPharm Transaction Advisory Services (BTAS). He is based in the New York office.
Mr. Kirkman has over 15 years of experience serving lifescience and healthcare diligence clients, including the last nine years with MTT's Transaction Advisory Group, where he was a Managing Director and helped build and lead the national healthcare financial due diligence practice. He has advised leading corporate and private equity clients in complex transactions across the BioPharm services continuum. Prior to MTT, Mr. Kirkman spent five years in EY's Transaction Advisory Services practice focused on the biotech industry. He began his career at Andersens in 2001, serving in the Assurance and Advisory Business Services practices.
