S-Acquisition Corp Expands Bio-Pharm M&A Team
S-Acquisition Corp is pleased to announce the addition of three talented professionals to its New York team.
- (1888PressRelease) January 31, 2017 - Ewan Baxendale as vice president of Healthcare M&A. Ewan has joined from HLS Advisory, where as a member of the Life Science M&A group he led sell-side and buy-side processes for clients in the Medical Products and Devices, Life Science Tools and Diagnostics and Healthcare IT sectors. Previously, he worked at UBS Investment Bank, where he provided financial advisory services to leading clients in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors. Prior thereto, Ewan spent four years on the buy-side at a middle market private equity firm where he was a board observer for several private companies. Ewan earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics and Philosophy from Columbia University.
Kirk Harrison as associate in the New York office. Kirk joins S-Acquisition Corp from CCM Global, where he was responsible for institutional business development, client service, and consultant relations. Prior to that, Kirk was with Collinger Capital where he assisted in raising capital for hedge funds, private equity, and venture capital firms. Mr. Harrison earned an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden Graduate School of Business and a BS in Finance rom Michigan State University. BSc in Neuroscience from the University of Rochester.
James Dickerson joins S-Acquisition Corp from VMG where he was a financial analyst. He received a BSc in Neuroscience from the University of Rochester and a BBA from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University.
