Rylie Ragan Smith Promoted to Community Manager of Stafford Preserve
New Marketing Center Opening Slated for Mid-September.
- Monmouth-Ocean, NJ (1888PressRelease) August 17, 2011 - Walters Group, a leading residential and commercial real estate developer, has announced that it has promoted Rylie Ragan Smith of Manasquan to community manager of Stafford Preserve, a new luxury rental community slated for occupancy in the spring of 2012. The project is located just off Exit 63 of the Garden State Parkway, on Stafford Park Blvd. in Manahawkin.

Smith, was previously the community manager at Atlantic Heights at Barnegat. She joined the company in 2007 as assistant community manager. In her new position, Smith will oversee the daily operations at Stafford Preserve including managing, coordinating and accomplishing community objectives as set forth by the asset manager and the Walters Group. Her main objective will be maximizing occupancy levels, resident retention and enhancing the value of the property.

Walters Group plans to open the new Stafford Preserve sales and marketing center in mid-September. Prospective tenants can learn more about the 216-unit apartment community situated in southern Ocean County. Renderings of building exteriors, interior layouts, and clubhouse amenities will be on display. The Walters Group property management team will also be available to answer questions.
Stafford Preserve is an eco-friendly project currently under construction. The project consists of 18 three-story buildings, combining new designs, conveniences and amenities to create luxurious apartment living at the Jersey Shore. The energy-efficient complex will provide one- and two-bedroom garden-style apartments as well as two-bedroom townhouses, with rents starting at $1,195. Each spacious apartment will include a washer and dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, window coverings and ceiling fans in the master bedroom. The property also offers a limited number of handicapped units. Services and facilities onsite will include a community clubhouse with state-of the-art fitness center, resort-style pool, children's' playroom, tot-lot playground, tennis and basketball courts, picnic pavilion, and barbeque area. Additionally, six parking garages with direct access to the buildings will be offered to residents with the option to rent extra parking spaces.
