RWC Adjusts Procedures to Assign Orders Fast and Fairly
ResearchWritingCenter.com amends procedural updates in response to writer concerns. Senior writers will be able to take more orders. Swift, fair client service is goal.
- (1888PressRelease) October 19, 2011 - The ResearchWritingCenter.com is pleased to announce that we have made further adjustments to our new procedures. These procedural changes were originally designed to speed order assignment and thereby get work delivered to customers faster. They were also intended to allow experienced writers greater freedom.
There were many comments from writers regarding these changes, and the RWC took note. There have been new amendments to the procedures in an effort to respond to writers' concerns and improve their experience. As always, the ultimate aim is enhanced customer service.
RWC always tries to listen to writers carefully, and we have been listening particularly closely over the last several weeks. The changes that we have implemented in the procedure for allocating orders have generated a great deal of vigorous and often impassioned debate. Much of it has expressed concern and anxiety, but there has been a good deal of positive and hopeful discussion as well.
This is very gratifying. We have appreciated the considerable effort and thought that our writers have invested in their messages and notes to the company. RWC management has taken them all very seriously, and gleaned a number of useful insights from this process. It is always helpful to have a variety of perspectives on any important issue.
In response to these concerns, and always with our goal of optimum service to our clients in mind, we are making some changes to the system that we believe will address writers' objections. The main anxiety expressed seemed to be that experienced writers would be disadvantaged in taking orders. We hope that the updates we are implementing will correct this and give higher status writers access to more orders.
There were also concerns regarding editing, and these are being addressed in the longer term. Other user interface issues are also under examination to make the experience of working with the RWC system even better. All these changes depend on the care and skill of our IT staff, who must translate our aims (making sure that papers are assigned most efficiently and effectively) into a reality.
This demands an immense amount of coding, testing, and troubleshooting. It also demands careful evaluation of orders by intake staff. These colleagues are all working towards a common goal.
That goal is swift and appropriate order assignment, while being fair to the community of writers who are our lifeblood. RWC would not exist without our writers.
