Rustomjee wins CSI Award

At a glittering award ceremony held in the city recently, Rustomjee Group won the "Residential Master Builder of the Year Award". 'Construction Source India (CSI) Awards 2010', in its 4th edition this year, conferred this award on Rustomjee. Mr. Percy Chowdhry, Director Rustomjee Group received the award. End Quote

The CSI awards have been instituted by Construction Source India in a bid to encourage quality construction in the real estate industry, the growth engine of the Indian economy. It is also an effort to raise the benchmark of quality consciousness among Indian developers. This year the awards were given in two categories - Architecture & Design Excellence and Building & Infrastructure Development.

The winners have been selected in various categories following a rigorous two-step Perception Mapping Process. The first stage was the short listing stage when all the data submitted by the developers in the application form have been thoroughly scrutinized by CSI on the basis of stringent criteria.

The selection was done at the second and the final stage on the basis of the Developer's track record, Construction quality, Financial Abilities, Transparency in Dealings, Best Project Execution, Best Overall Systems, Green Concepts and Best Overall Safety. In the selection stage, the finalist are evaluated based on their previous projects and are also asked for the declaration from the developer relating to the project.
