Russell Bedford International Announces Result Of 2012 Board Election
Bill Rucci appointed as Vice-Chairman; Daniel Ryba and James Ngai join the board.
- (1888PressRelease) November 02, 2012 - Russell Bedford International has announced that William (Bill) F. Rucci, Jr., CPA, MST, the president of Boston area member firm Rucci Bardaro & Falzone, has been made Vice-Chairman of the international board of management following ratification of his appointment at the accounting network's 2012 annual general meeting in Buenos Aires.
Bill Rucci was also re-elected at the AGM as one of two directors representing North America on the nine-member board. He continues to serve as chairman of the network's Family Business Consulting Group and as co-director of the Russell Bedford North American Tax Services Group.
Following his appointment, Bill Rucci commented: "Russell Bedford has become a recognised leader in providing efficient, seamless client service and superior results on a global scale. I look forward to working with Chairman Geoff Goodyear as we continue to grow the network's international reputation and reach."
Also elected at the AGM were Daniel Ryba, partner in Russell Bedford Argentina, as one of two directors representing Latin America, and James Ngai, partner in Russell Bedford Hong Kong, representing the Asia-Pacific region. Both will serve initially for a three-year term.
Other members of the international board are: Geoff Goodyear (United Kingdom) (Chairman); Klaus-Peter Hillebrand (Germany); Jorne Hoogeveen (Netherlands); Jorge Jiménez Lizardi (Mexico); Harris Kligman (Canada); and Abir Raveh (Israel).
