RTX Provides Owner Education At First NTOA Meeting Of 2015
International timeshare exchange company Resort Travel & Xchange (RTX) exhibited at the first Regional Meeting of 2015 of the National Timeshare Owners Association (NTOA), Sun. Feb. 8, at The Villages, just outside of Ocala, Fla.
- Orlando, FL (1888PressRelease) February 26, 2015 - The company received enthusiastic feedback from owners on its fresh approach to enhancing the value of vacation ownership through exchange.
A compelling suite of member benefits has enabled RTX to grow its membership to 80,000 in just a few years. Among these benefits, the company offers low exchange fees and allows members to split their vacation time so they have the option to take two separate trips instead of just one. Other products and services include: an unusually long deposit life of up to 48 months and last-minute getaways starting at just $49 per week. The fast-growing company also offers exclusive airport lounge memberships and great deals on hotel accommodation, cruises, car rentals and restaurants, enabling members to plan their entire vacation in one consolidated package.
At the NTOA meeting, RTX told more than 100 owners and their guests in attendance how to get more for their money through vacation ownership exchange. From the company's attractive exhibitor booth, executives also worked with owners one-on-one to answer their questions and provide recommendations on how to customize exchanges to suit their needs.
"We were honored to be a first-time exhibitor at NTOA's first regional meeting of 2015," said Corina Violette, director of resort partnerships at RTX. "We understand how important it is to work closely with NTOA, as they provide timeshare owners access to reliable education, resources and information that helps maximize the usage of their ownership.
"The biggest benefit of RTX exhibiting at this meeting is to provide timeshare owners with another exchange option that caters to their travel needs," Ms. Violette continued. "We want timeshare owners to know that we are here to provide exchange and travel options that help maximize their usage in terms of value, flexibility and variety."
Through an RTX raffle giveaway, NTOA meeting attendees won an RTX Premium Plus membership, a free week at any resort in the RTX network and a free exchange week. With an annual value of $1,027, RTX's Premium Plus membership is rich in benefits that include: significant discounts on hotels, car rentals and cruises; Priority Pass airport lounge access; VIP Concierge Service; earned rebates; Getaway Week savings; and more.
"I'm confident that RTX made some great connections with our members," said Gregory Crist, president and CEO of NTOA. "RTX has quickly gained recognition throughout the industry for its innovative approach and stellar services. We're delighted to have a company of this caliber as a corporate member."
The NTOA regional meetings are one of many industry events in which RTX is an active participant. With an aim to provide the best possible exchange options for members, the company takes a proactive approach to developing partnerships by exhibiting and sponsoring at other key industry events. These include: the ARDA World Conference, Global Networking Expo (GNEX Conference) and Canadian Resort Conference (CRC). Additionally RTX actively participates and contributes to such industry groups as the Timeshare Industry Young Professionals (TIYP) operated by ARDA, Timeshare Association (TATOC) and Cooperative Association of Resort Exchangers (C.A.R.E.)
