The HP SitePrint Robot is a state-of-the-art solution designed to accelerate the building or manufacture building layout process. Using HP’s printing know-how combined with robotics technology, the SitePrint Robot prints direct onto jobsite slabs with extreme accuracy - line data derived from the project’s native design layout files. The SitePrint robot addresses the labor intensive, measure-and-mark work currently used during the building process. With its innovative features and robust capabilities, the SitePrint Robot prints lines and marks and labels directly on the slab for major project disciplines like mechanical HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and partition walls. For the project stakeholders this means being 10X more productive: freeing up labor for additional work and reducing errors and re-work that results in delivering a project on time, and within budget for owners.
The HP SitePrint Robot dealership adds to RPG’s other lines of construction focused HP products: the HP Designjet line of wide format printers, HP’s Lite Production Wide format printer line, and the HP PageWide XL wide format production line of printers. RPG has been an authorized servicing dealer for these lines for over 20 years.
RPG also provides Leica Geosystems 3D laser scanning technology in tandem with the HP SitePrint Robot. This solution ensures extreme accuracy in mapping out the layout data to less than one eight of an inch. Additionally, HP SitePrint’s cloud-based tools incorporate the client’s design files which makes layout management from the jobsite simple.
