- (1888PressRelease) November 16, 2019 - A round table conference has been organized on Nov 12, 2019 in Noida with a theme to undertake real activities to safeguard the environment. The conference focused on the increasing pollutants, pollution level around, environment degradation and way forward for a sustainable future.
The conference has been attended by academic scholars, government officials, civil society representatives, environment consultants and officials from Root Logix and Aseries Envirotek.

The environment degradation, climate change and impacts on the ecological system are now known to everyone. The micro and macro economy with its unsustainable practices and irresponsible consumption pattern has put a great concern over the human sustenance. The increasing man made influences on environment is suffocating the sustainable growth of economy as a whole. Sustainable environment and development is being the prime objective in this polluting era.
It is a wakeup call for the lawmakers, governments and civil society organizations. Although the stakeholders are advocating the sustainability practices in a day to day behavior; but we as a glocal society will have to change our focus i.e. from Looking forward for new technology to safeguard ourselves from the environmental impacts towards Analysing the root cause of all the problems.
Due to increasing population shift towards urban areas, there has been a greater need of available amenities and resources. The government planners will have to look after the increasing demand and satisfy the needs and wants of the local amenities in the area. A forward planning say for 20 years or more should be of significant importance. The development practices and behavior at both societal, state and national level must be ethical and environment friendly for a long lasting existence.
