Ronda Rousey Announced For WWE Elimination Chamber PPV - Tickets4Wrestling
Ronda Rousey will be appearing at next week’s Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View event to officially sign her contract with WWE at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on February 25th in presence of General Manager Kurt Angle, and most likely RAW commissioner Stephanie McMahon.
- (1888PressRelease) February 17, 2018 - Ronda Rousey At Elimination Chamber - This will definitely sell more tickets for the event as seemed to be the intention of WWE’s decision to have Ronda Rousey appear in WWE’s first ever Women Elimination Chamber Match. WWE has not been able to sell as much tickets as before in a few of last Elimination Chamber Events.
Ronda Rousey on the other hand made her intentions clear when she pointed directly towards WrestleMania sign in last month’s Women Royal Rumble in front of Women Royal Rumble Match’s Champion Asuka, SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte and Raw Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss. Ronda Rousey has already caused a big stir in WWE World as it is, what is left unseen is what else does she have up her sleeve at this week’s Elimination Chamber Match.
This will open up chances of Rousey to be on WrestleMania as well, it is rumored that she will be joining a mystery partner to take on Stephanie McMahon and Triple H team in her debut match. High hopes are on Rock to be this mystery partner, but Kurt Angle is also discussed to be her potential partner. It also noticeable that Rousey is being advertised by WWE for Summer Slam as well.
In literally four years Ronda Rousey has the changed mixed Martial Arts world. She has won the bronze medal in judo at 2008 Olympics, Rousey won each of three amateur mixed martial art fights in less time than even a minute, her first 12 professional fights were also similar.
She has also won 5 UFC Matches that lasted 1 minute and approximately 6 seconds. In so little time she became the most recognized Mixed Martial Artist in the world.
This is what she says on her new life from mixed martial artist Ronda Rousey into WWE as a Raw Superstar: "I don't have words at all," Rousey told of her experience of Sunday night. "I'm like -- this is the most overstimulated I've ever been in my life and ... I'm just, like I'm still processing it.
"I'm so happy and I don't have words for it -- and I usually have words for everything; This never happened before."
"This is my life now. First priority on my timeline for the next several years. This is not a smash-and-grab; this is not a publicity stunt," Said Rousey on her decision to join WWE. "When I first met with Triple H, I told him, 'There are other things I can do with my time that'll make way more money, but I won't enjoy nearly as much.'"
