In order to exercise its initial option (the "Initial Option") to acquire a 51% interest in the Property, Riverside Mexico must complete at least $3,000,000 worth of exploration expenditures on the Property by March 2, 2015.
Trenching in the northern La Patria area on the La Colorada - Esmeralda Gold Grid is awaiting surface access permission from the rancher holding the surface rights. This work will await the New Year.
All trenches are being sampled at about five meter intervals. The geochemical results from these samples will help to optimize the location of reverse circulation drill holes.
The underground gold mine at La Patria clarified the local framework structures. However, during mapping underground there we were challenged and had to back off from a very large rattlesnake!
