Rocky Mountain Vacation Rentals Ranks #9 in the Travel Industry Segment of Inc. Magazine's 2011 Top 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies.
RMVR Ranks #1410 on the 2011 Inc. 5000 list and #9 in the Travel Industry with three year sales growth of 201%.
- (1888PressRelease) August 25, 2011 - Vail, CO - Rocky Mountain Vacation Rentals (RMVR) is pleased to announce their debut in Inc. Magazine's 2011 list of America's Top 5000 fastest-growing private companies in the USA, placing 9th in the travel industry and #1410 overall. The Inc 500|5000 list is one of the most prestigious business accolades for aspiring entrepreneurs. Rankings are based on percentage of fiscal year revenue growth from 2007-2010.
RMVR's owner and founder Tommy Z. Hoffman captures the company's 201% revenue growth in three words, "FRIENDLY.KNOWLEDGEABLE.LOCALS.®". RMVR's organic growth is a result of utilizing a local staff in each destination, recognizing the vast difference it makes when someone can offer local insight to the area when planning a vacation. This concept has grown RMVR's referral and repeat client business to nearly one third of their total reservations.
"We can suggest a property because we've seen it, we can recommend epic ski runs because we are avid skiers and lastly we will be there during your vacation to answer any questions. No one else in the industry possesses the passion and product knowledge we have and it has clearly made a difference in the story of our success," states Hoffman.
Since its founding in 1998 in the Vail Valley, Rocky Mountain Vacation Rentals has grown exponentially spanning across the Colorado Rockies offering nine resort markets with an expansive lodging inventory ranging from hotels, condominiums, lodges and private homes. RMVR's strategic partnerships with companies such as Navis Technologies and Inntopia has allowed them to streamline their operations, while providing customers with new features such as online bookings for over 10,000 properties. RMVR is excited for their future growth into new resort markets outside of Colorado, which will include Park City and Lake Tahoe in 2012 followed by Jackson Hole and Whistler, BC in 2013.
