Accompanying this college crowd favorite is You Tube's HBCU Parody King and host of the tour, Zach Boog, along with performances by Nashville front runner D Goodz.

As a natural ascension to the Nashville based Cool Kids inspired Fresh Fest event, the DJ Crisis Shut Up and Listen 2011 College Tour has similar goals that render a platform for emerging independent artists. Tag lined as the movement within a movement, DJ Crisis hopes to extend the Nashville specific fresh movement and connect with young people and campus communities across the nation to promote higher education, entrepreneurship and individuality. DJ Crisis reflects on why he felt it was necessary to jumpstart the Shut Up & Listen College Tour::

"I've truly been blessed to have the opportunity to grow regionally [speaking]. I just thought it was about time for me to get outside of my comfort zone. I'm bringing my friends with me, because they need this exposure just as much as I do. Plus it's cool we can grow together.
