About Robert M. Goldich
Robert M. Goldich has developed a national practice in the areas of complex and class action employment litigation. He graduated magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1977 and is admitted to practice in Arizona, New York and Pennsylvania. He has more than 35 years of experience as a labor and employment lawyer and litigator representing employers in all aspects of labor and employee relations, including general employment counseling, employment contract negotiation, collective bargaining negotiations, labor arbitration, and the representation of employers in administrative and courtroom litigation, including defense of suits by whistleblowers. Robert is the chair of the whistleblower litigation defense practice in the firm's Labor and Employment Practice Group.
