Largest volume Honda dealer to receive honor formally accepts the award
from the President of Honda Tetsuo Iwamura.

The award is presented to Honda top-ranking dealerships across the country, based on their achievement of excellence in all areas of operation - customer service and satisfaction, sales, training, and facility operation. This is the second year in a row that Rick Case Honda has earned this prestigious award. President and CEO of Honda Tetsuo Iwamura, along with executive vice president of automobile sales for American Honda John Mendel and vice president of parts and service at American Honda James Roach, presented the Case's with the prestigious award. Rick Case Honda, on I-75 at Griffin Road in Davie, FL, is the largest volume Honda dealer to ever win the President's Award.
The annual Honda President's Award program has been in existence since 1995, with more than 1,000 Honda automobile dealerships participating in the President's Award program during 2009. The program award objectives are established annually to address the changing economic environment and to encourage dealerships to continually strive to achieve even higher levels of customer satisfaction.
