RiseSmart announced that it has been named a “Top 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® in the Nation” by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR).
- (1888PressRelease) February 09, 2018 - RiseSmart, the leading provider of contemporary career transition services, announced that it has been named a “Top 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® in the Nation” by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR). This year, the Best and Brightest Program honored 437 national winning organizations from across the country out of 2,000 nominations, and RiseSmart placed in the Top 101 of these organizations.
The 2017 national winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm which reviewed a number of key measures relative to other nationally recognized winners, and RiseSmart’s above average scores resulted in a spot amongst the top 101 companies in the nation, a new subcategory announced for the first time this year. This new distinction comes in addition to RiseSmart’s previous announcement as being named a Best and Brightest Company to Work for in the Bay Area for the fifth year in a row.
RiseSmart’s 2017 Assessment Report revealed exemplary high scores that surpassed the regional average of other companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. A few of these accomplishments include scoring:
22.1% above the regional average for commitment to diversity, inclusion, and multiculturalism
16.7% above the regional average for implementing programs that allow employees to have a well-rounded work-life balance
12.9% above the regional average for providing competitive compensation and benefits to employees
12% above the regional average for giving employees ample time and encouragement to participate in community initiatives
“At RiseSmart, we recognize that our positive workplace culture and the dedication and commitment of our employees are the keys to our continued success,” said Dan Davenport, president and general manager of RiseSmart. “We’re excited that our efforts towards building a strong team have resulted in national recognition from the Best and Brightest Program and we look forward to building upon this momentum in 2018.”
