Rio Grill General Manager Joe Valencia announced today that the restaurant will hold its first winemaker dinner in the brand new Santa Fe Room on Thursday, November 10th at 6:30 p.m. This will be a four-course sit down dinner with Chef Cy Yontz' cuisine paired with Peter Figge's wines. Peter will attend and answer questions about his wines and give a presentation about his winery which will be streamed on Rio's brand new 60 inch HD TV.
This is the first Winemaker dinner in the Santa Fe Room. "We chose to inaugurate the Santa Fe Room's first Winemaker dinner with Peter because he is a rising star in the wine industry and a good friend of the Rio Grill; We just put his caricature on our wall," said Valencia.
