With a proven track record, including their work on the T2 Terminal at Kempegowda International Airport, this project exemplifies Ridhira Group’s commitment to wellness and sustainability in real estate development.
Visionary Architects at the Helm
Patrick Keane, an award-winning architect known for his innovative use of natural materials like rattan and modern technologies, will spearhead the project. His global experience, including a Master’s in Architecture from Princeton University and founding Enter Projects in 2005, has positioned him as a leader in sustainable design. Rene Paul Van Leeuwen, who joined Enter Projects in 2014, has been instrumental in the firm’s success. Together, they have led prestigious projects, including the design of the T2 Terminal at Kempegowda International Airport in Bangalore.

The Global Wellness Center at Ridhira Zen will be a sanctuary where wellness and sustainability are central to the design.
