A new concept from Ricoh, StreamLine NX is an integrated suite of document software that helps businesses realise significant cost savings and improve efficiency of their document governance, with a really user-friendly system. This includes; print management, document capture and distribution, and device management, with one single-sign-on solution.

Document Manager NX
This desktop software makes the everyday processing of documents easier and faster, removing the time-consuming task of reformatting and re-creating documents by letting people convert and combine document types with a simple 'drag and drop' tool. This allows documents to be converted into searchable PDF files for easy collaboration and fast retrieval.

Equitrac Professional

Equitrac Professional is a scalable solution that allows legal organisations to track and assign costs relating to copy, print, scan, fax and other disbursements to specific legal clients and projects, for optimal cost control and accounting transparency. As well as secure printing, the latest version of Equitrac Professional allows employees to scan documents directly into a document management system.

Security

New colour multi-functional products (MFPs)
The new range of colour devices now includes the A4 MFPs, Aficio TM MP C300 and MP C400, running at 30 and 40 pages per minute (ppm), offering print, copy, scan and fax with a very small footprint and a selection of new inbuilt security features, such as continuous overwriting and encryption of the hard disk drives, ensuring that confidential data can never fall into the wrong hands.

eCopy ShareScan and eCopy PDF Pro
The newly-launched eCopy PDF Pro operates seamlessly with leading document capture and distribution solution eCopy ShareScan, which enables the effective scanning, merging and modification of PDF documents on the network. This allows employees to pool sensitive legal data more effectively. As a result, workflows are more streamlined and productivity is improved, while the exposure to compliance risks are minimised.

Mobility

HotSpot-enabled printers - printing directly from a smartphone or other mobile device
Mobile device users can now print remotely and securely using HotSpot-enabled printers. Remote workers can print 'on the move' by forwarding an email print request to a designated address, or by uploading requests to a unique internet address that connects to the HotSpot-enabled printer. Security features include a unique 'release code', data encryption during file processing and transmission, as well as password protection, to ensure that sensitive documents can only be printed by the appropriate users.
