Richard Bland College Foundation Board Names New Directors
Four new directors in place at Richard Bland College starting July 1.
- Richmond-Petersburg, VA (1888PressRelease) July 12, 2013 - During their annual spring meeting the Richard Bland College Foundation Board approved their officers and named four new directors.
Philip B. Hager - University of Virginia, McIntire School of Commerce, Class of 1994, Central Virginia VP and Senior Relationship Manager with M&T Bank
Annette Parker - Dickinson College, Class of 1973/ Shippensburg University, Class of 1987, Chief Operating Officer for Richard Bland College and former CFO of Dickinson College
William H. Talley, IV - Virginia Military Institute, Class of 1977, President and CEO of William H. Talley & Son, Inc.
Lea Tatum Rowsey - Averett University, Class of 2013, Vice President for Leete Tire and Auto Center, Inc.
Beginning July 1, 2013, Philip B. Hager, Central Virginia Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager with M&T Bank; Annette Parker, Chief Operating Officer of Richard Bland College; William H. Talley, IV, President and CEO of William H. Talley & Son, Inc. and Lea Tatum Rowsey, Vice President for Leete Tire and Auto Center, Inc. will begin serving three-year term appointments.
William L. Canada, Earnest H. Greene, Elvira B. Shaw and Nicholas G. Walker were also named as Directors and will serve a second three-year term. The board also approved J. Peter Clements to remain President, while adding RBC President Debbie L. Sydow, Ph.D., as 1st Vice President; Ellen U. Ende as 2nd Vice President; C. Scott Davis, LP.D, as Secretary; Beverly P. Morris, as Treasurer; Robert C. Elliott, II, as Legal Counsel; and Jeanne E. Holmes, as an Ex Officio member.
