Cohen will be joining the session titled "The Importance of Day-to-Day Processes, Management Skills, Swimming Upstream: Information Management and Governance," which is scheduled for 2:45 pm PT on March 7. The session will discuss how to meet the challenges of the left side of the EDRM and the skills needed to accomplish this. He will provide a unique perspective to the panel discussion, drawing from more than 30 years of experience as a corporate executive, consultant and general counsel.

He has served as the President of the American Corporate Counsel Association in Ohio and currently serves as theEditor-in-Chief of the Electricity Journal. He is a member of the American and Ohio State Bar Association, and has chaired the American Bar Association's Coordinating Group on Energy Law and co-chaired the American Bankruptcy Institute's Mass Torts Subcommittee, and has been a member of the ABA Class Actions/Derivative Suits Subcommittee. Mr. Cohen is a member of the Corporate Counsel Advisory Board for The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel and a recipient of the Distinguished Legal Service Award conferred by Corporate Legal Times. Mr. Cohen holds a Bachelor degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law.
