The conference is hosted by the Legal Learning Series, an organization dedicated to providing higher continuing legal education programs, networking opportunities and training for litigation support, eDiscovery, forensic data recovery and trial presentation. The conference is especially significant in light of recent amendments to the Florida Rules of Civil Procedures that address the discovery of electronically stored information.
Cohen is slotted to speak during the conference's luncheon from 12:15-2:15 p.m. ET. He will draw upon his extensive corporate legal experience to address the complexities of managing eDiscovery in-house and associated best practices and when and how to outsource it.

Rich Cohen, a resident of Weston, FL, is responsible for business development and corporate development for RenewData. He is a member of the American and Ohio State Bar Association, has chaired the American Bar Association's Coordinating Group on Energy Law, has co-chaired the American Bankruptcy Institute's Mass Torts Subcommittee and been a member of the ABA Class Actions/Derivative Suits Subcommittee. Cohen is a member of the Corporate Counsel Advisory Board for The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel and a recipient of the Distinguished Legal Service Award conferred by Corporate Legal Times. Cohen holds a Bachelor degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law.
