Rezidor’s Chairman Urban Jansson unavailable for re-election
Urban Jansson, Rezidor’s Chairman since 2006, has informed the Nominating Committee of the company that due to personal reasons he has decided to retire from the board of directors of Rezidor Hotel Group AB and therefore he will not be available for re-election at the upcoming Annual General Meeting 2011.
- (1888PressRelease) December 14, 2010 - Speaking on behalf of the entire board of directors, Hubert Joly, vice-chairman, expressed the gratitude of the board to Mr. Jansson for his outstanding service as Chairman of the board of directors over the last several years.
Urban Jansson will continue in his role until the Annual General Meeting on 13th April 2011.
