Charlotte Based Mobile Payment Startup Makes Short List for Popular Statewide Grant.

Reward Summit offers an app that determines the best credit card to use for a given purchase based on the miles, points, or cash-back offered by credit card companies.
The app also can recommend new cards based on a person's actual shopping patterns. Savings can be significant with the app, between $300 to $1,000, depending on consumer spending patterns.
