Even though, during the recent years the Baltic region has seen increase in the number of foreign visitors, at present, the retail staff in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia still is underprepared to serve foreign customers. Undeniably, this is a widespread cause for customer dissatisfaction and complaints. Over time, stores not paying enough of attention to staff training lose not only profit, but damage their reputation and arein danger alienate regular customers, especially, in fields where competition is severe.
Surprisingly, in most cases, the problem is not due to language barriers but the fact that sales personnel is not aware of how to efficiently use sales strategies to increase their performance. To address these issues, RetailBaltic has developed a sales training programme under the guidance of retail expert Zulfukar Tosun. This training programme is unique for the Baltic States as its successful realisation is ensured by an international team of specialists with more than 10 years of experience in retail industry. After completing the training retail staff will possess all the necessary skills to successfully serve international customers, thus, increasing their sales performance.
