Retail Real Estate Management, Brokerage Firm Coreland Companies Promotes Erika Griggs to Controller
Griggs will support the company's Real Estate Management division and oversee all property accounting operations from Coreland's corporate office in Orange County, California.

"Erika has been an integral part of our Real Estate Management team for more than 15 years," said Coreland Vice President of Real Estate Management Cheryl Todd, CPM, CCIM. "Her depth of knowledge regarding all financial functions of a property are a valuable asset for our management portfolio. In this new role she will be able to ensure that our internal teams work cohesively in order to further enhance the services we deliver."
With extensive property management and financial analysis experience, Griggs will manage a team of accounting and real estate support personnel that supports each management team. Responsibilities will include oversight of all financial functions, including monthly reports, annual budgets, CAM reconciliations and audits.
In addition, she will remain a key driver of Coreland's transitions team, working through all levels of due diligence to ensure the smooth transfer of real estate management into Coreland's operating systems.
In previous roles at Coreland Companies, Griggs served as Senior Real Estate Analyst, as well as Real Estate Manager.
Griggs possesses a Master's in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Pepperdine University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in German and Business Administration from University of Southern California. She holds a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license.
