David Bremner will assume full responsibility and control for the strategic and operational leadership of REC, a leader in hazardous materials removal, disaster recovery, and demolition. Bremner's previous position at REC was Vice-President in charge of operations and business development.

David currently is a Director on the Board of EACO, the Environmental Abatement Council of Ontario. He has held a number of management positions in finance, sales and marketing, business development and operations. He earned his BA in Politics from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario.
