RTX has reported a 225% increase in transactions over last year, with the average time to fulfill requests being just seven days. Over the past 10 months RTX has facilitated 2,355 exchanges and 1,605 getaways. In addition, 830 travel and lifestyle transactions such as hotels, cruises, car rentals, dining discounts and attractions have been made since April of this year.

The company's incredible growth is attributed to enhanced member service initiatives such as acquiring additional customer service staff, increasing staff training and continuous member education marketing through bi-weekly informative emails and weekly promotional emails focusing on monthly member promotions.
