The Silicon Valley - based CEO leads three business centres in India which cater to high-tech B2B global clients. Ms. Nigam received a BA & MBA in Communications from San Jose State University and also has degrees in English Literature and Journalism from India.

The Global Leadership Council plans to achieve its mission through a membership of individuals whose business community stature and accomplishments bring credit to the College. The Council will advice the Dean, faculty and staff on strategy, future curricula and programs, fundraising, assessing progress of the College and measuring its achievement of goals and objectives.
The College also expects the Council to help the Dean on enhancing the impact of its services, build business contacts for research and public services, and to help students with contacts and advice on career and job.
