The system has a configured library, authenticated users, feedback, management etc. In the Calendar function, system can manage appointments, events and calendar type. The module HR workflow has an Employee Budget Management System. TatvaSoft also took care of the functions like employee transfer, contract expiration, alerts, approve or renew contract, quick pay, request management, manage complain category, raise complains, job offers, report management, admin management and many others.
The developed system eliminated the manual work, helped in prioritizing the task and complete them on time, tracking, efficient decision making was carried out, sharing of information became easy and possible amongst various groups.
