According to Steven Wyer, author of the book Violated Online, USA Today has reported Facebook officials are admitting that the company has constructed a running log of the web pages visited by some 800 million members during the past 90 days.
The social network also closely tracks where millions more non-members go on the Web after they have visited a Facebook page for any reason.
