Cohen's session, titled "Bringing Discovery In-House," is scheduled for June 12 at 4:45 pm ET. Panelists in the session will discuss how to address the complicated issue of insourcing the discovery process. Specifically, the conversation will focus on preserving and collecting evidence, minimizing data sets, analyzing quality and productivity and optimizing document review.
As a former general counsel and a practicing lawyer, Cohen will draw from more than 30 years of legal experience to address these issues.
