Rembrandt Hotel would like to welcome the new Executive Chef, Andrew Mann.

The award-winning Australian Chef arrived last Monday, April 4th to strengthen the Rembrandt's chef team.
Andrew is a dedicated and talented chef who possesses true flair and creativity with considerable experience in all cuisines.
After 20 years of experiences in the kitchen, he still wants to learn more. He embarked on the challenge of working in Thailand to learn its food and style. From Australia he has taken the skills and knowledge of different cuisines and adapted these to the produce of Thailand, by offering a healthy and mouthwatering cuisine prepared with fresh and organic ingredients.
On November 2010, it was the highest honor for Chef Andrew to privately cook for His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, the King of Thailand, and Her Royal Highness the Princess of Thailand.
In 2004, he was also selected as a member of the Australian National Culinary Team, which competed against the rest of the World at the IKA Culinary Olympics in Germany in 2004. Andrew was awarded a gold medal, a silver medal and two bronze medals.
Andrew has a wealth of experience as an Executive Chef at 5 stars resorts, city hotels, restaurants, and private clubs. Rembrandt looks forward to the new creativity and innovations he will bring to the dining pleasure.
