Reed Exhibitions China Successfully Recruits Thai Industry for SinoFoldingCarton, SinoCorrugated South 2014

- (1888PressRelease) October 26, 2013 - As part of its drive to develop its converting shows, SinoFoldingCarton and SinoCorrugated South, into Asia's leading events for the global printing and packaging sectors, Reed Exhibitions sent representatives to the recently concluded Pack Print International 2013 (PPI) in Thailand.
During their time in Bangkok, the Reed reps visited several companies and trade associations for face-to-face updates on the current state of the Thai papermaking and printing industry. These included the Thai Printing Association, the Thai Packaging Association, the Thai Corrugated Packaging Association and the Thailand Association for Printing Technology Promotion. The personal visits proved highly effective as the Chairmen and General Secretaries of these bodies all pledged full support for SinoCorrugated South and SinoFoldingCarton 2014, promising to send strong delegations of visitors to the Dongguan exhibitions.
To support the anticipated influx of visitors to Dongguan from Thailand, Reed representatives also met with prospective partner travel agents who agreed to energetically promote SinoCorrugated South and SinoFoldingCarton 2014 for the benefit of both parties. As well as assisting with hotel bookings and flight arrangements, the travel agents will coordinate visiting itineraries for Thai folding carton manufacturers and corrugated manufacturers travelling to China. In this way, visitors can maximize the efficiency of their time spent abroad.
At PPI 2013, the Reed Exhibitions reps were delighted with the level of access to, and support from, Thai printing and corrugated box factories for SinoFoldingCarton and SinoCorrugated South 2014. More than 300 PPI visitors registered inquiries about the two China shows and expressed an interest in attending.
