This prestigious award is given in recognition of Rockaway’s distinguished leadership, enduring impact, and professional accomplishments. This follows REDCOM’s award in 2023 as a Leader in Real Estate, Construction and Design.

The ICON Awards honor New Jersey business leaders aged 60 and older for their impact, leadership, and accomplishments across industries such as accounting, architecture, real estate, law, government, hospitality, and more. According to NJBIZ, winners must live and work in New Jersey, have held a senior leadership role, and be affiliated with a company with at least 50 employees and a presence in the state.

The 2025 ICON Awards ceremony will take place on May 20th, 8am to 10:30am, at the Marigold in Somerset, NJ.
