Sam Rockaway interviewed in ‘Frontline Conversations’

In conversation with Editor Jed Morley, Rockaway spoke on a variety of topics such as what makes REDCOM different from other companies. Rockaway explained, “REDCOM has in-house site civil engineering, architecture and project management that can take a project from concept to completion…When clients buy land and need to know what can be built on it, REDCOM is able to quickly assess the site and development requirements. REDCOM efficiently identifies the site constraints and provides clients with information to make a business decision on the acquisition of the site.”
Rockaway later discussed his flexible, hands-on management style, noting, “I provide flexibility to my team to take time as needed for personal appointments, childcare, etc., helping my team balance work and family or other personal business.” He went on, “I am hands-on with the team and am always available to provide guidance and to answer questions. The environment on my team is highly collaborative.”
