Ryan Teicher is interviewed on ‘The Hollis Chapman Show’.
- Newark, NJ (1888PressRelease) January 24, 2025 - Ryan Teicher, CEO of REDCOM Design & Construction, was a recent guest on the ‘Hollis Chapman Show’. REDCOM specializes in commercial design-build engineering, architecture, and construction.
In conversation with Chapman, Teicher discussed his career in construction. He emphasized the importance of collaboration and humility in his leadership style to deliver high quality projects, “My sense of respect and my sense of calm is what helps guide my team through stressful situations.”
Teicher further discussed the range of construction projects he has worked on, from iconic buildings in Manhattan like the Chrysler building to laboratories and manufacturing facilities for Fortune 500 companies. According to Teicher, “In this line of business, you’re working on a very personal level with people. People are spending a tremendous amount of money on this venture, on this partnership, and you’re building something with them… It’s really all about communication… there’s never a project without challenges…The difference between a good construction company and a bad construction company is how you handle those challenges.”
When asked about concerns of tariffs under the Trump administration affecting the supply and pricing of construction supplies, Teicher explained, “Maintaining strong relationships with our subcontractors and suppliers is important for us to get as competitive prices as we can. We leverage those relationships that we’ve had for four decades and pass those savings on to our clients.”
