Sapphire receives ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System certificate. End Quote

(1888PressRelease) August 20, 2011 - Sapphire is delighted to announce that it has been awarded the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System accreditation.

ISO 9001:2008 is the International Standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS). It provides a company with a set of principles that ensure a common sense approach to the management of business activities to consistently achieve customer satisfaction. Requirements are underpinned by eight management principles:
