The proposed short documentary film will depict the odyssey and travails of of "Nina & Naphtali" who see their imminent plans for a second in-person meeting within the past year postponed indefinitely when, in-addition to the Ukraine visa rules, Naphtali's home state pulls-out "interest"on a decades-old old tax that he paid-in-full, to block his first-ever passport to travel, marry her and work.

"We do not want to lose steam now," he said of the campaign now in its second month. Bruce does not suffer from burnout and is optimistic that his core trio will obtain the eight-thousand-nine-hundred-ninety ($8,990) dollars in funding for the Kickstarter project.
