Thomas joins the RealtyLink team with over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate development. Phil Wilson, Principal and Co-Founder of RealtyLink stated that “Thomas brings unparalleled success and broad experience producing new stores with national retail clients. Not only are we fortunate enough to be expanding during ever-changing market conditions, we are excited to have him on our team and look forward to the developments coming from the new Atlanta office.” Focusing in the Southeast and Midwest, Thomas has worked with the largest branded dental support organization in the United States, an S&P/Fortune 500 national retailer, and a Fortune 500 global real estate management services firm.

Previously, Thomas was Director of Real Estate for GameStop where he was responsible for over 560 new stores across 19 states in just under 8 years. Additionally, during his time with Jones Lang LaSalle, Thomas executed a comprehensive redevelopment plan for 10 regional malls over 6 years.

Most recently, as Director of Real Estate for Aspen Dental, Thomas was the leader of an aggressive new office expansion strategy in the Southeast and Midwest where he produced over 350 new offices in 7 years.

Thomas attended Kennesaw State University in Georgia where he obtained a B.B.A in Economics. His focus and devotion to commercial real estate is key to his results-driven career. Thomas’ skills and expertise make him an exceptional asset to RealtyLink and their clients.
