The show's innovative format intertwines interviews, and taped performances, tracing the music's background from the performer's perspective.

The videos range in length from one minute to twenty two minutes, each inter-cut with taped performances and in-depth interviews. Each episode can be viewed free of charge on the Blinx.com website on the exclusive Blinx channel, "HipHopSensations." Viewers can preview artists at www.hiphopsensation.com.

The series is hosted by Erica Green, previously an on-air personality for 97.9 "the beat" KBFB - Radio One Dallas, and was Southern Entertainment Award's 2010 nominee for 'Impact Radio Personality.'
